Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Dish Corneer website at dishcorneer.com, as well as on-premises dining and lounge reservations at our physical casino restaurant and card lounge in Hungary. By browsing this site, placing a reservation or visiting our restaurant, card room, roulette table or blackjack table in person, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Dish Corneer website and to all in-person services offered at our restaurant and casino venue in Hungary, including but not limited to restaurant dining, bar service, access to our card lounge, poker tables, roulette tables, blackjack tables and other physical table games available on-site.

By accessing or using this website, making a reservation for a dining table or a visit to our card room, or entering our premises, you agree to comply with these Terms, together with any house rules displayed inside the restaurant, bar, card lounge or at individual gaming tables. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using this website or visiting the venue.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Entry and participation in restaurant and casino activities at Dish Corneer are strictly limited to guests aged 18 years or over, in full compliance with Hungarian law and responsible gaming standards. This age restriction applies to all areas of the casino restaurant, including the bar, offline poker tables, card room, roulette tables, blackjack tables and any other table games.

Guests may be required to present valid government-issued identification upon arrival or at any point during their visit. We reserve the right to deny entry, limit access to specific areas or request any guest to leave the premises if acceptable identification cannot be provided or if we reasonably suspect that the age requirement is not met.

3. Reservation Policy

Bookings for dining tables, private dining spaces and participation in card lounge or table games, including offline poker sessions, roulette and blackjack, are accepted exclusively through this website or by direct contact via our official communication channels as listed on the Contact Us page.

All reservations are subject to availability, operational considerations and explicit confirmation by Dish Corneer. A reservation is considered confirmed only once you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to modify, limit or cancel reservations for reasons including, but not limited to, capacity constraints, safety, maintenance or compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Hungary.

4. Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully within the restaurant, bar area, card lounge and throughout the casino restaurant premises. You agree not to engage in unruly, disruptive, aggressive or unlawful behaviour, including harassment of other guests or staff, excessive intoxication or any activity that compromises the comfort, privacy or safety of others.

Misuse of casino chips, cheating, collusion, tampering with cards, interference at gaming tables or any breach of game rules at poker tables, roulette tables or blackjack tables is strictly prohibited. Dish Corneer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to intervene, suspend play, void participation, restrict access to the card room or remove guests from the premises where behaviour is considered inappropriate or unsafe. Such actions may be accompanied by notifications to local authorities where required by law.

5. Payments & Charges

Charges for food, drinks, private dining, lounge services and participation in physical table games must be settled on-site at Dish Corneer. We accept major credit cards and cash as forms of payment. Online payments, remote deposits or digital wagering are not supported or accepted under any circumstances.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices shown on menus, wine lists, bar lists or game information boards are inclusive of applicable Hungarian VAT. Gratuities for our restaurant, bar and card room staff are entirely at the guest's discretion. You are responsible for verifying your bill before payment and for promptly informing our team of any concerns while you are still on the premises.

6. Liability

Dish Corneer and its management accept no responsibility for lost, misplaced or stolen belongings within the restaurant, bar, lounge, card room or any other part of the casino venue. Guests are advised to keep personal items such as wallets, phones, bags and coats with them at all times and to make use of any cloakroom or storage facilities only where expressly offered.

Guests participate in table games, including offline poker, roulette and blackjack, entirely at their own risk. While we strive to maintain a fair, transparent and enjoyable gaming environment, Dish Corneer cannot be held liable for losses incurred at gaming tables. Our staff are available to explain the basic rules of play and to provide guidance on responsible gaming, but they cannot offer financial advice or guarantees of outcomes.

7. Responsible Gaming

Dish Corneer is committed to promoting responsible gaming within our casino restaurant, card lounge and table game areas. We encourage all guests to treat participation in offline poker, roulette, blackjack and other table games as a form of entertainment, to set personal limits and to never play with funds they cannot afford to lose.

Your continued use of this website, continued placement of reservations or subsequent visits to our premises after such changes are published will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
